RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience with building a master schedule.
- Serve as the instructional leader, overseeing curriculum development, instructional practices, and student learning outcomes.
- Observe and evaluate teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for professional growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school improvement plans and initiatives.
- Oversee student discipline and attendance, promoting a safe and positive school climate.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to address student needs and concerns.
- Represent the school at district and community functions as needed.
- Versed in secondary curriculum to support teacher and student growth.
- Proficient in designing proctoring schedules in accordance with state assessments and knowledge of testing accommodations.
- Versed in restorative practices to address student disciplinary concerns.
- Skilled at collaborative decision-making.
- Knowledge of Special Education Regulations and Part 154 Regulations.
- Versed in implementing RTI processes to support intervention and growth.
- Other building leadership tasks as assigned by supervising administrators.
