Location: UCHealth Harmony Campus, US:CO:Fort Collins

Department: Harmony Lab

FTE: Various opportunities available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN.

Shift: Flexible scheduling with multiple options, including days, evenings, and nights.

Pay: $19.10 - $24.83 per hour, based on relevant experience.

Summary:

As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens for laboratory testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood specimens using techniques suitable for different age groups.
• Label, process, and deliver specimens for testing.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained efficiently.
• Carry out additional tasks as required, which may include clerical duties, lab processing, and point-of-care testing.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment, working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with the certification available on or before the start date.
