What You'll Do
- Your journey will include:
- Helping to develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Acting as the essential link among administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during your shifts.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and delivering annual evaluations and performance counseling.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for effective recovery.
- Celebrating patient milestones and victories.
Your Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification needed within one year of hire.
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year after meeting eligibility requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Two years of relevant experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the last five years.
- Prior leadership experience as a charge nurse or a similar role, with accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
