Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out janitorial and cleaning tasks in assigned areas to meet our quality and safety standards.
• Wear protective gear during all cleaning functions.
• Complete cleaning assignments efficiently and on time.
• Report any equipment needs or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Dust mop and damp mop floors in classrooms and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, classrooms, and shared spaces.
• Dispose of trash and empty wastebaskets as required.
• Respond quickly to alerts and requests from staff and students.
• Adhere to infection control and safety precautions to maintain a clean environment.

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior custodial/janitorial experience, especially in a school setting, is a plus.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to consistently perform routine and thorough tasks.
• Able to work independently after training.
• Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts are essential.
• Physical capability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around food and cleaning products.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required.
• A clearance of a criminal background check is mandatory.
