Your Role and Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee our Infection Control Program, ensuring compliance with CMS, TJC, CDC, OSHA, and other federal and state regulations.
- Analyze infection data to identify trends, clusters, and variances, implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Manage hospital policies aligned with current infection control guidelines.
- Conduct surveillance, analysis, and reporting of hospital-acquired infections.
- Maintain comprehensive employee health records and develop relevant policies.
- Facilitate in-service programs focused on employee wellness.
- Oversee the health onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing - must be a Registered Nurse.
- Post-secondary education in a health-related field such as health management, public health, or biology.
- Knowledge or experience in Workers' Compensation law and OSHA regulations.
- Training in infection control or epidemiology is essential.
- Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in the healthcare field.
- CRRN certification is an advantage.
- Experience in hospital infection control practices is desirable.
