Job Description :

Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a contract with a client in New York, NY. Responsibilities include leading platform architecture and integrations and providing technical leadership for scalable and secure ServiceNow implementations. Rate Range: $49/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Product Owner job responsibilities include:

  • Define and prioritize product features and backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead platform architecture and solution design, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant implementations.
  • Oversee custom development and integrations, driving performance optimization and seamless interoperability with enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  • Maintain documentation and conduct training, supporting continuous improvement and user adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB, along with valid ServiceNow certifications.
