Medical Dosimetrist

Facility: Elmhurst Hospital Center (NYC Health + Hospitals) Location: 7901 Broadway, Elmhurst, NY 11373 Start Date: 09/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Hybrid Work Model: 2-3 days onsite per week (remaining days remote).

Requirements:

• Certification: MDCB (Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board) required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience: 1+ year with MOSAIQ/Pinnacle treatment planning systems.
• Skills: EBRT/brachytherapy planning, radiation safety, interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Design/generate radiation dose distributions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Participate in QA and patient care conferences.

Hybrid Work Model: 2-3 days onsite per week (remaining days remote).
