This is a RN Travel position. If you're passionate about providing high-quality care and thrive in a variety of settings, we'd love to meet you!Position: RN - Emergency Department ObservationSchedule: Rotating Shifts Days, Nights, Evenings, On-Call, Holidays, Weekends as NeededCompetitive Pay: Earn up to $2,484 per week or $69 per hour, plus amazing benefits!Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a 17-week travel assignment with a 36-hour work week and 3 shifts per week.About the Role: As an RN in the Observation Unit, you'll play a critical role in caring for adult patients who need extra monitoring to determine whether their condition requires admission or if they can be safely discharged. The Observation Unit is fast-paced, turning over 20-27 patients per day, with an average stay of 27 hours. You'll be supported by 24/7 provider coverage and have the chance to care for a diverse group of patients, from emergency observations to full admissions. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes in a high-energy environment where no two days are the same.What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide expert care to patients in the Observation Unit, determining the next steps for their care.
• Manage a varied patient load, from short-stay to admitted boarding patients, ensuring timely and efficient care.
• Work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient.

What We're Looking For:

• RN License (NY State only)
• At least 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Certifications:
• BLS (American Heart Association only)
• ACLS certification
