Job Description
We are working with a leading global financial institution that is looking to bring on a Program Manager (Cyber Resilience) to join their Information Security & Control (IS&C) team. This role is hybrid based in New York City and is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. You'll be interfacing with cross-functional teams to drive cyber resilience programs that are crucial for the operational stability of a large-scale enterprise bank.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned program manager to lead cyber resilience initiatives that directly impact the bank's ability to manage risk and recover from operational disruptions. You'll be front and center delivering workstreams focused on policies, processes, governance, and technical capability improvements.
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Technology Delivery experience, ideally in the Banking or Investment sector
Strong project and program management capabilities (PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2)
Experience managing multiple, complex workstreams simultaneously
Strong knowledge of governance and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL)
Experience managing both tactical and strategic cyber resilience initiatives
Ability to work in matrixed environments, influencing cross-functional teams
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience
Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks and internal/external audit processes
Prior experience with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Operations, or Risk Management
Experience supporting funding requests, business case submissions, and budgeting
Familiarity with supplier and contractor procurement processes
