Overview: Experienced Brand Strategist Contractor to join our team for a 10-month engagement to oversee the brand development for the new Mobility SpinCo. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in brand strategy, market analysis, and creative development, with a proven ability to drive brand initiatives that align with business objectives. Desire candidates with Workday and/or Service Now experience Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the brand consultant to:
- Define the brand vision, mission, and values for the Mobility SpinCo.
- Develop and articulate the brand's value proposition and messaging framework that resonates with target audiences.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to gather insights and align on brand direction.
- Create and oversee the execution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
- Develop visual identity elements that reflect the brand's strategic positioning.
- Create Employee training and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the SpinCo. marketing teams to ensure brand messaging is integrated into planned marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Develop website content (about us, and homepage) for SpinCo.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments based on market trends and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably within the business to business
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in brand management tools and methodologies.
