Learning Facilitator Right At School offers enriching before and after-school programs aimed at creating engaging learning experiences for students! Our mission is dedicated to fostering a love of learning, supporting schools, and providing families with peace of mind. We are committed to assembling a passionate team, focused on cultivating safe and enjoyable environments where children can explore and grow.
Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Program Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 6pm.
Your Contribution to Our Mission:
- Daily Team Meetings: Collaborate with colleagues by reviewing goals, sharing ideas, and discussing progress.
- Activity Organization and Facilitation: Plan and facilitate engaging activities and educational curriculums, ensuring they align with our program's goals.
- Leading by Example: Create a nurturing atmosphere by providing positive guidance and effective classroom management.
- Prioritizing Safety and Joy: Maintain a safe environment, monitor potential hazards, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Effective Communication: Engage in clear communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work well within a team.
- At least 1 year of experience with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
- A capacity to lift 25lbs.
- A passion for inspiring a love of learning and promoting healthy living.
- Flexibility to assist with additional local programs as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements.
- Clear tuberculosis test and health screening.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Aged 18 or older.
- Proof of High School diploma/GED.
- Successful LiveScan fingerprint background check.
