Role: Member Services Coordinator - Accelerator Reports To: Julia Newman Location: Buckhead, Atlanta Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 2x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible. The Member Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the teams responsible for providing the ultimate member experience across multiple World 50 Accelerator groups. This role is the foundation of the Memberships team. As a Member Services Coordinator, you would concurrently manage a range of tasks-from ensuring accurate member intel is captured in our CRM system to assisting with high touch, detailed group-related projects. Your attention to detail will ensure our members receive personalized service with exceptional care. Member Services Coordinators receive training and support to continually expand their skills. As you master the intricacies of the role, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a dedicated partnership with a single membership community, collaborating closely with the Group Leader to enrich the member experience. - Work closely with World 50 Accelerator communities on the execution of all membership activities
- Create and maintain accurate member information in Salesforce that shapes members' experiences.
- Manage special projects and research related to membership communities
- Draft emails and information to be sent to members
- Assist with coordinating event details and logistics, such as name cards, member intel, bios, etc.
- Help Member Services Associates and Group Leaders with the preparation and follow-up for member interactions, including but not limited to pre-call research, call notes, check-in meetings, and data input into Salesforce
- Travels to two times yearly to support Member Gatherings in person

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Business, International Relations and Economics or similar preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail or events.
- Experience with CRM database (Salesforce.com a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
