Job Details- Looking for a clinician to fill in as a Case Resource Specialist (CRS) and able to cover as a treating clinician if needed.
- If the candidate is a PT, they should be able to cover as a CRS and complete PT evaluations and treatments.
- If the candidate is an RN, they will be utilized as support in the case management role as needed but not as a treating RN.
Job Requirements- At least 1 year of preferred experience.
Schedule Information- Work schedule is Monday through Friday and at least 2 weekend days per month (Saturday or Sunday).
Unit Specific Information- Unit: Case Resource Specialist (CRS)
- May float to LTACH unit
Additional Details- Facility Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Number of beds in facility: 12
- Reason for opening: Full-time CRS going on maternity leave
- EMR systems used: Linq, Prodoc & Protouch
- Scrub colors/dress code: Business casual with non-slip shoes when CRS; black scrubs with non-slip shoes, back and covered toes when a clinician.
- Parking Location: Onsite
- Possibility of floating to other units, including LTACH.
