Bruceton Farm Service, Inc. Corporate Office in Cheat Lake, WV is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant for our HR team.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
- Management of personnel files and HRIS data input for readily identifiable information.
- Tracking of all personnel files, employee attendance, and updates to personal information.
- Complete requests for employment verifications.
- Supports department in faxing, copying needs, and other duties as assigned.
- Manage inventory for company uniforms: Subway, Burger King, Little Caesars, and BFS companies.
- Correspondence and memos to company managers and personnel.
- Assist with benefits administration and clerical work related to benefits tracking.
- Assist with other HR duties as needed.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent data entry, computer, and communication skills needed.
