BMW of Tampa is looking to hire a part time Receptionist for evenings and weekends, available with pay rate starting at $14.00 per hour depending on experience! - Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
- Assist with administrative duties which include:
- Data Entry
- Keeping Accurate Records
- Organizing Files/Records
Requirements
- Receptionist Experience is NOT Required
- Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
