We are currently hiring for Outbound Healthcare Customer Service Representatives at our client out of San Antonio! This is a remote position but candidates must be local to San Antonio. Hours: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM Pay Rate: $18/hr Position is outbound customer service handling healthcare related calls. Speaking with member and providers. Must complete typing assessment with minimum 45 WPM. Background check is Criminal, Drug Screen, Employment and Educatio[ Provides support to members to connect them to other health plan and community resources to ensure they are receiving high-quality customer care/service\n\n.
