The Nurse Aid in Training will teach you skills where you can provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to assure patient safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each patient in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Life Care will assist with enrollment into our CNA certification program and may work for a single consecutive period of four (4) months. At the conclusion of the four (4) month period the Nurse Aide in Training must meet the certification requirements to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Life Care Center of Kennewick will provide the CNA course free of charge with an agreement of 1 year employment CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
