Nanny Needed For My Children

We have a baby girl who is currently 4 weeks old (as of August 1st). Mom will be going back to work in September and we are looking for some part-time help. We are flexible on days but most likely looking at one to two days per week on a regular schedule with other help when needed. Mom will be working from home during the week a few days so whoever is watching her will be in the home with Mom so that she can get some work done. We currently have some flexibility around which days we would need help.
