My husband and I need some help caring for our 21-month-old son before his preschool program starts. He is energetic, loves to read (be read to ha), and play outside. My husband and I both work from home, but will stay to our offices as much as possible and out of your way. We would like to have someone who enjoys being outside, as it is important to us for our son to have outdoor time when the weather allows. The only duties involved will be childcare related - feeding lunch, cleaning his dishes, diaper changes, putting him down to nap, and so on. We have one dog, but she stays in a separate room/outdoors during the day.
