Position Details
The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is seeking motivated and engaging SAT or ACT tutors for assignments at a local learning center with students in grades 9-12 in Millburn, NJ, and surrounding communities.
- Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12
- Tutoring sessions are typically 60 minutes
- Sessions are scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST during weekdays and 10AM - 4PM on weekends
Requirements
- 4-12 hours of availability per week
- Bachelor's Degree earned
- At least 500 contact hours tutoring or teaching SAT or ACT
- Strong test scores
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for helping others learn
Compensation and Benefits
- $50-$65/hr, commensurate with experience
