Bring your skills as an Associate Director in the Water Sector, playing a vital role in business development and water engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure. You will have opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialize in all aspects of the water sector, delivering water services into sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Peterborough office.

Your Purpose:

Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.

Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.

Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

Set quality assurance standards in design.

Develop and manage water engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring:

Chartered Civil Engineer.

Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.

Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply, and collection systems, with familiarity with UK standards.
