Job SummaryAmerico is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Leader to join our team. This position ensures that the day-to-day business activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, aligning with Americo's operational goals and strategies. This role is essential for coordinating resources, improving operational processes, and addressing challenges promptly, thereby supporting the organization's growth and success in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities

• Coaching, developing, and training associates
• Lead and/or be a subject matter expert on department and enterprise projects
• Ensure all service level agreements are met or exceeded
• Track associate performance and provide feedback
• Create and maintain key performance indicator reporting
• Identify process improvement opportunities

Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, quality management, or a related field, or relevant experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operational or quality-focused environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership, mentoring, and supervisory role
• Familiarity with quality frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean); experience in data analysis and performance metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM systems, reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI), and workflow management tools
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; ability to coach and lead diverse team members; adaptable to changing priorities

Please note that this is not an information technology role. There will be strong collaboration with operations training and continuous improvement.
