We're looking for a Head of Delivery to oversee our US Delivery function ensuring that every solution we implement creates lasting value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the US Delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions for customers. Collaborate with the CCO to define, oversee, and improve the strategic delivery roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary escalation point for US delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at both strategic and operational levels. Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless transition from concept to delivery. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align delivery capabilities with customer needs and company goals.
- Project & Financial Oversight: Oversee end-to-end delivery of US projects, ensuring they are on time and meet high-quality standards. Manage delivery P&L for US projects to ensure profitable growth. Use Factory-defined metrics and KPIs to monitor success and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Drive professional development initiatives to enhance team capabilities in solution delivery.
- Collaboration with Partner Channel & Sales: This role requires close collaboration with the head of the partner channel to ensure successful implementation of solutions delivered through our partners. The Head of Delivery will also work directly with account executives to support the sales process and ensure that proposed solutions are both feasible and align with customer needs.
- Technical & Product Expertise: Provide guidance on technical implementation strategies, including solution customization, integration, and system optimization. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, technologies, and competitors.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience leading delivery or implementation teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing tech environment
- Strong project management and financial acumen
- Track record of managing senior customer relationships and complex stakeholder environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Technical background or strong understanding of SaaS products, integrations, and implementation models
- Strong leadership and people management skills
