JOB DESCRIPTIONProvides Human Resources leadership and consultation to an assigned entity. Implements and develops appropriate Human Resources strategies in support of the goals and objectives of the entity and/or region. Consults on complex employee relations matters, drives employee engagement, provides planning, information and advice on Human Resources topics (e.g., compensation, benefits, recruitment, Human Resources policies and procedures, etc.), and serves as a conduit to the corporate Human Resources Centers of Excellence.
