Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating all patient experience activities within the system, monitoring satisfaction initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track financial incentives and reporting related to patient satisfaction
• Maintain client satisfaction to ensure account retention
• Administer and respond to patient surveys
• Participate in hospital committees and ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote patient satisfaction improvements and industry awareness
• Collaborate with management to meet operational goals
• Develop training and recognition programs for staff
• Prepare patient satisfaction reports and standardize operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• HS diploma/GED required; 4-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years in customer service training
• Experience in hospitality or healthcare (3-4 years preferred)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills
