We are passionate about beauty, media, data, and technology.OverviewWe are seeking a Director, Project Management to join our team with a deep focus on leading change management efforts, process development & implementation, and enabling connectivity to drive strategic projects forward. The Director, Project Management is responsible for ensuring flawless, on-time delivery of projects by building structure and holding team members accountable. The Director, Project Management will be responsible for working with a client team and will oversee a group of project managers who help teams define project timelines, create communications plans, help manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate commitment and productivity on the team.Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment
• PMP or CSM certification a plus
• Media and/or Operations experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Experience working with dynamic teams and within different disciplines
• A proven track record of leading complex projects and portfolios
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong familiarity with 0365 applications and collaboration platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent time management skill

Key Responsibilities

• Application of the discipline knowledge to assist teams in meeting project goals, identifying areas of improved efficiency, and enforcement of best practices.
• Support the BCL CEO, Head of Client Operations and Exco team on key deliverables, workstreams, and project tracking
• Collaborate with central client team to manage strategic business projects, build project plans, and manage progress of deliverables, timelines & trackers
• Manage team of 2 Project Managers
• Mange through obstacles, addressing roadblocks and updating stakeholders and that regional team members are meeting deadlines
• Update & maintain BCL onboarding materials, client contact lists, org charts
• Manage team collaboration tools, including providing access, manage access list
• Proactively identify opportunities to adjust existing or introduce new processes for efficiencies
• Create checks and balances to assure all work disseminated externally is of the highest caliber

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$90,000—$215,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
