As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the storeDrive sales and ensure customer satisfactionTrain and coach store associatesMaintain store appearance and merchandising standardsManage inventory and logisticsRequirements:
- At least 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
