Budget is looking to add to our Kansas City team and join the next generation of Budget Leadership. The best candidate will be goal-oriented and relationship-driven. This is a fast-paced sales and operations role where you will be trusted to make important decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
What You'll Be Doing
Budget Manager Trainees are in short-term development to manage a stand-alone store or rentals and operations at the airport as part of our airport management team. This position involves all aspects of the rental process, including customer service, vehicle inspections, check-in, inventory management, client follow-up, vehicle detailing, and facilities oversight. Managers are scheduled 5 days a week.

Job Duties
Assist managers with the overall operation of rental agenciesOversee operational departments to ensure proper functionMonitor fleet and product flow to match customer needs and reservationsOperate the computer system for rental contracts and updatesMaintain daily inventory, both physical and computerizedPromote and sell coverage and upgradesFollow opening and closing procedures, ensuring securityHandle office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, photocopying, and inquiriesPrepare reports and document activitiesAddress customer inquiries regarding charges, damages, directions, etc.Support team environment by assisting others as neededInvolved in coaching, educating, training, supervising, and motivating team membersRequirements
