Compensation:
New hires start between$23.54and$29.43based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Case Manager (Community Resource Navigator) assists in providing the most accessible and highest quality comprehensive customer service to individuals and families seeking services in Snohomish County. This position works to connect Carnegie Resource Center (CRC) participants to available resources within the community, accurately collects client information and demographics, and assists service seekers in creating SMART goals to inspire healthy and productive living. The Carnegie Resource Center works side-by-side with the community to take on the biggest, most complex issues facing Snohomish County. We know that when people don't have their most basic needs met, longer-term goals, like finding financial stability are out of reach. When we work together, we make a lasting, sustainable impact on our community.
