Job Title: Executive, Alumni Affairs & Recruitment

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of various business-related functions. They will report to the Senior Manager for Admissions and to a functional manager for various project reporting, including:

  • Alumni Relations
  • Acquire and collate alumni data from sources such as SAB and MOHH.
  • Maintain alumni database and track the performance of graduates from Duke-NUS MD and MD-PhD programs for outcome management and reporting to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategic programs to support alumni career progression.
  • Collaborate with DNMA and the Office of Education on alumni events and activities to strengthen bonds between alumni and the school, e.g., AGM.
  • Implement strategies to attract and increase alumni involvement.
  • Manage alumni queries and support requests.
  • Recruitment
  • Assist recruitment in organizing and promoting local outreach activities such as open houses, university talks, and education fairs.
  • Support overseas recruitment activities including campus visits and international education fairs.
  • Execute marketing plans, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM) and outreach events.
  • Support the organization and execution of recruitment activities.
  • Other Duties
  • Manage procurement of goods and services, maintaining proper records and budget utilization.
  • Provide secretarial support for committee meetings.
  • Perform other administrative duties and participate in projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., Business Administration).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in higher education and/or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with supervisory capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT-savvy for database management.
