Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Retail Management, or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years managing loss prevention programs, policies, and procedures.
- 2+ years leading high-performing teams across different locations.
Skills:
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and ethical operation.
- Ability to build effective relationships across departments.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Expertise in loss prevention, asset protection, and physical security systems.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee loss prevention programs and policies for assigned stores.
- Partner with District Managers and Store Directors on asset protection and safety.
- Lead investigations to prevent shrinkage and execute shortage control.
- Use data analytics to identify root causes and develop strategies.
- Coach and train store teams on theft prevention.
- Recommend improvements to existing loss prevention processes.
- Promote safety initiatives and enforce company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements & Attendance:
- Adequate hearing and vision to perform duties.
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel up to 50% within the district.
This is a full-time position.
