Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various marketing functions, including digital marketing, public relations, and event coordination. The specific assignment will be determined upon hire based on business needs and candidate strengths. The ideal candidate is passionate about brand marketing, eager to learn, and ready to support initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams with R&D, Sales, and Finance to support product launches, promotional activities, and branding efforts.
  • Manage and create content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and traditional marketing.
  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, sport events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Work with PR teams to manage media relations and influencer partnerships.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications :

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience Preferred
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics or related field preferred
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated strength in creative thought and visual problem solving
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
