Position: Maintenance Director

Position: Maintenance DirectorFacility: West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation CenterLocation: Delray Beach, FloridaPosition Type: Full-Time | Day ShiftSalary: Up to $65,000 per year (based on experience)About the Role:West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance operations. This leadership role ensures a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department to ensure the facility remains safe and operational.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and the physical structure for safety and compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, inspections, maintenance logs, and warranties.
• Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
• Coordinate facility repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety codes, regulations, and maintenance best practices.
