As a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, our ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional who will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients in the employee benefits sector.How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies with high revenue.
- Collaborate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
- Build a pipeline of business opportunities, balancing new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Introduce Gallagher's full-service offerings to enhance client relationships, while mentoring staff in sales and service requirements.
- Provide deep technical expertise and business insight to help clients reduce costs, manage risks, and improve benefits competitiveness.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain valuable relationships with clients, prospects, and team members

About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.Compensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
