You will play a key role in creating in-person promotional strategies that drive audience interaction, optimize brand recognition, and support business growth.Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute promotional marketing campaigns across events and activations
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to tailor campaign messaging
• Coordinate with product, creative, and field teams to ensure cohesive brand delivery
• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner at promotions
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
• Build relationships with target audiences and gather consumer feedback
• Ensure marketing materials and brand visuals are properly utilized in field events

QualificationsQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in promotional marketing, brand activation, or event marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in various public settings
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
