Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

The Brand Ambassador will acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the client experience by greeting and welcoming clients throughout all areas of the store.
- Connect with clients in a genuine and meaningful way, providing advice and knowledge they may not have realized they needed.
- Make every client interaction personal and seamless, supporting client satisfaction goals.
- Boost sales through omni-channel and out-of-home base selling by educating clients on merchandise, promotions, and demonstrating brand knowledge.
- Recommends merchandise based on client preferences, handles returns graciously, and utilizes selling tools effectively.
- Cultivate and grow the client base through personalized connections and strategic outreach, utilizing digital tools.
- Assist in operational tasks such as maintaining the store, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Contribute to team success by collaborating and creating a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail, beauty experience a plus.
- Proven ability to drive customer loyalty and results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and business acumen.
- Passion for the Beauty and Fragrance Industry.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
