Intelligence team / / Vision + Leadership

Embedded within Strategy, our team drives intelligence and insights, providing clear profiles of target audiences and their journeys. We collaborate with other strategic teams to uncover insights and identify opportunities to effectively reach and engage audiences, especially in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

As the Audience Intelligence Leader, you will shape how our agency uncovers, decodes, and activates human insights. Your work will include synthesizing research, social listening, and evidence to understand audience beliefs, behaviors, and needs. Your insights will inform segmentation, journey mapping, and persona development, supporting strategy and media planning for top clients. You will work closely with Strategy, Media, and Client Service teams and contribute to new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Integrate multiple data sources to provide comprehensive audience views.
  • Design and oversee segmentation studies for brand and channel strategies.
  • Develop dynamic patient-journey frameworks to guide messaging and content.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualizations.
  • Publish POVs on data assets, privacy, and AI/ML in healthcare marketing.
  • Collaborate with teams to connect insights with brand positioning and media activation.
  • Enhance our audience intelligence toolkit by refining methodologies and selecting data vendors.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts and researchers, fostering curiosity and rigor.
  • Lead insights in pitches and narratives to drive agency growth.
  • Qualifications :

    • 10+ years in healthcare/pharma research, analytics, or marketing; agency experience preferred.
    • Expertise in syndicated data, primary research, social listening, and real-world evidence.
    • Experience designing audience segments, journeys, and opportunity assessments.
    • Proven ability to translate insights into omnichannel strategies with measurable impact.
    • Skills in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python/R a plus).
    • Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and industry audiences.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA regulations, and data privacy best practices.
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred.
