Responsibilities

This is a role that is all focused on providing excellent service. We believe that by listening and learning the needs of those interested in purchasing and selling in Steamboat, we can help to educate them on our market and be their guide to achieving their Steamboat Dream. These are some of the integral pieces in being a great agent and building a successful career with The Steamboat Group.The right candidate can excel and build a great life within our brokerage.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to connect with clients and provide superior service
• Have excellent listening skills
• Have strong organizational skills that allow for great follow up with individuals
• Work to proactively evaluate and solve issues
• Be able to jump into established systems and excel
• Have a strong work ethic, driven by the desire to help other people achieve their goals

Qualifications

• 4 year College degree
• No previous real estate experience is needed for this role

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
