We are a small but growing business based in Broadview Heights, Ohio, servicing NE Ohio, specializing in landscape protection from deer damage using repellent spray. We provide a unique customer experience for residential and commercial clients. Our proven product, combined with our expert customer service, safeguards properties from deer-related damage.

Summary of Responsibilities

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves leading and supporting a growing team with a practical, business-owner mindset, ensuring smooth daily operations and accountability. You will lead the spray technician team, plan and coordinate schedules, and influence the team's growth and success daily.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and support the spray technician team
  • Oversee daily workflow and accountability
  • Maintain and update SOPs related to field technicians
  • Plan and adjust weekly technician schedules
  • Ensure timely and efficient job execution, considering weather dependencies
  • Communicate effectively with field and office staff
  • Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager
  • Streamline workflows and routes with office staff
  • Identify and resolve process issues promptly
  • Maintain high team performance and morale
  • Track key metrics and results
  • Contribute to growth through solid execution
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using EOS methods outlined in Traction

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

  • 3+ years experience in Operations Management
  • 5+ years experience in Team Leadership
  • Proficiency in Office and Apple computer products
  • Experience in the green industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to obtain a Sprayer license within 6 months (company provided)

  • $60,000-$80,000 including bonus
