Workday HRIS Analyst

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Workday HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR systems and processes. This full-time, on-site role will focus on configuring and maintaining our Workday platform to ensure effective and accurate HR operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is experienced in Workday, comfortable working with data and system configuration, and able to collaborate across departments to support ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain business processes in Workday (e.g., onboarding, recruiting, performance management)
• Build and manage custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
• Maintain Workday security roles and group settings
• Support modules such as Recruiting, Talent Optimization, and Time Off (preferred)
• Manage review templates, eligibility rules, notifications, and questionnaires
• Assist with documentation, testing, and rollouts for system changes and enhancements
• Work closely with HR and operations to understand needs and deliver appropriate system solutions
• Stay current on Workday updates and recommend improvements based on new features

What We're Looking For

• Someone who can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well across departments
• Comfortable working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Workday experience (either in-house or as a consultant)
• Experience with Workday business process configuration, reporting, and calculated fields
• Knowledge of system security and user access management
• Formal Workday training required (certifications are a plus)
• Bachelor's degree required; experience in HR or healthcare environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
