Practice Details
- Choose from two practices, with options to join an established group of 20 or lead an exciting new start-up in an affluent southern Illinois suburb, just minutes from downtown St. Louis.
- Turnkey practice opportunity to be busy from day one while still allowing you to develop your patient panel to suit your interests.
- Outpatient-only position with flexible 4-day work week and 6 weeks of vacation for ultimate work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $280K-$300K (negotiable dependent on experience), with a proven earning potential of $330K-$350K+.
- $325K base for leading a team of APPs.
- 6 weeks PTO, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, H1B support, 403b + 457 plans, and a full suite of physician benefits.
