Overview
The incumbent supports the team with data analysis, tool development, and operational tasks. They are also responsible for gathering requirements from business teams and delivering complete solutions and products.
Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Conduct financial and transaction data analysis to support decision-making
- Decompose raw data/documents and apply analysis to generate insights for reporting or submissions
- Review and verify data to ensure high data quality, security, and accuracy
- Create user-friendly visualizations to interpret data and analysis results
Development
- Enhance compliance efficiency and quality by developing automation tools
- Automate reporting processes to save manpower and reduce errors
- Support the implementation of compliance systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; Master's or PhD preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics
- At least 3 years of IT development experience
- Experience with database management languages (SQL preferred)
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel
- Ability to interpret data, analyze large datasets, and present conclusions clearly
Pay Range
The salary is commensurate with experience, skills, education, and other qualifications.
USD $65,000 - $150,000 per year.
