Working closely with the Technical Sales team, you'll help deliver customized, high-performing color solutions.

What are you going to do?

As an Application Specialist, you'll collaborate with the Technical Sales team to support food and beverage clients in achieving optimal color performance across various applications. Whether it's beverages, dairy, bakery, confectionery, snacks, or cereals, your analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills will help bring visual appeal to a wide variety of products.Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop custom color match solutions through formulation trials and stability testing
  • Create product demonstrations showcasing our natural color capabilities for client meetings and trade events
  • Conduct technical performance tests and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Maintain lab cleanliness and uphold safety standards
  • Operate pilot-scale equipment to replicate production processes
  • Attend occasional customer visits and industry events as needed

Profile

You are a detail-oriented, solutions-driven individual with a passion for innovation. Your curiosity and adaptability allow you to thrive in a fast-paced, scientific environment. Strong communication and technical skills help you succeed both independently and in a team setting.Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering
  • 2–3 years of experience in product development, ideally in ready-to-drink beverages
  • Understanding of food processing and manufacturing systems
  • Hands-on experience with formulation and stability testing
