You'll also oversee the construction of new campuses, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and stay on budget and schedule.What You Will Be Doing

• Implement AI-powered systems to optimize daily operations and improve processes over time
• Create scalable campus franchise models using advanced AI tools
• Manage the development of new campuses from initial planning through to final occupancy certification

What You Won't Be Doing

• Providing direct coaching or supervision to academic staff
• Interacting regularly with students and parents
• Designing educational curriculums or models

Consulting Manager Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute an AI-driven operational strategy that transforms management with predictive analytics and real-time insights, ensuring our campuses operate efficiently, scale effectively, and maintain consistency.

Basic Requirements

• Residency in North America is required
• A minimum of 5 years in an operational management role
• Demonstrated success in implementing AI and automation in operations
• Ability and willingness to travel 10-40% within the US for new campus development
