Residential HVAC Lead Installer Pay (Full-Time/Hourly): $25-$34
- Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

Residential HVAC Lead Installer Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with customers and team
- Provide guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs
- Work under minimum supervision to change out and install HVAC equipment in customers' homes
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain organization of vehicle and company tools
- Follow all Gunthers Safety Standards and wear proper PPE at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and support Gunthers' Core Values and Mission
- Complete any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
Residential HVAC Lead Installer Qualifications:
- 4+ years in commercial HVAC installs & changeouts
- EPA and R-410A certification required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass an HVAC skills test
- Experience with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, VFDs, and air handler units

- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
