Our corporate values – Genuine, Accountable, Dynamic, Respectful, and Fun – are the pillars that uphold our commitment to revolutionize healthcare delivery.The Accounting Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounting department, ensures accuracy in financial reporting, and supports strategic financial planning.Essential Duties

  • Performs general accounting functions and other related duties in the accounting department by maintaining the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with the monthly financial close process.
  • Provides coaching and oversight to domestic and globally located accounting team members.
  • Reconciles customer accounts, oversees facility invoicing, and manages accounts receivable collections.
  • Provides external tax and assurance accountants with assistance by gathering necessary account information and documents needed to prepare tax returns and perform financial statement audits and reviews.
  • Ensures that reported financial results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and other internal policies.
  • Presents recommendations to leadership on financial objectives, internal processes and policies.
  • Provides financial analysis and projections to leadership and hospital partnerships.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit growth mindset and team-oriented/collaborative behaviors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
  • CPA certification preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of five years of accounting experience required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience leading an accounting team.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
