Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with overall business objectives.

- Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Manage and optimize clinic performance and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

- Team Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance operations team.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Financial Oversight:

- Monitor budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.

- Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Liaise with clinics, staff, and investors to strengthen relationships and drive success.

- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in operations management within a DSO or healthcare setting.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
