Identify new bridge deck applicator candidates through a collaborative approach with the field sales team. Manage an Opportunity Pipeline to convert into sales. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing bridge deck applicators. Understand new opportunities in the bridge decking space and follow projects. Drive new product development. Have an acumen to understand the BD Waterproofing system and applications. Qualifications. Prefer a Bachelors degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or related degree. At least 10 years experience in strategy, marketing, or sales within the coatings industry. Understanding and thoughtfulness around project management. Demonstrating ability analyze data for market growth. Strong understanding of distributor networks and requirements to be successful. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and engage partners at all levels.
