The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of industrial garage doors. This role requires precise measurement skills, including the ability to accurately read and interpret ruler measurements, attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:Operate and monitor various machines, including but not limited to roll forming machines, presses, and cutting equipment. Accurately measure and cut materials according to precise specifications using rulers and other measuring tools. Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications. Load and unload materials onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and feeding. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
