Program Oversight & Implementation 35% Lead the creation, implementation, and amendments of all work plans and budgets. Lead and manage the day-to-day implementation of GEAR UP activities across multiple school sites. Ensure programming aligns with federal objectives, institutional goals, and local school needs. Coordinate with school leadership, community partners, and postsecondary institutions to align services. Identify and address challenges to service delivery across sites Staff Supervision & Development 25% Supervise and support three Program Coordinators, including performance evaluations and coaching. Facilitate regular meetings to ensure cohesive implementation and staff alignment. Lead onboarding and ongoing professional development for staff. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Data, Evaluation & Reporting 15% Manage data collection and ensure compliance with evaluation protocols and Performance Measures.
